No stairs in your home? No problem! We’ll clean an equivalent high traffic carpeted area instead—such as your main hallway, landing, or your living room if it's the only carpeted space in your property.

Upholstery Minimum Booking Value:
To cover travel, setup, and specialist equipment, we have a minimum call-out charge of £50 for upholstery-only bookings outside a 10-mile radius of Bradford (unless agreed otherwise)
Easy payment options
We offer flexible payment options to ensure convenience for all our clients. Our accepted methods include:
- Bank transfer (BACS): Our preferred method for secure, transparent transactions.
- Secure online payment: Pay your invoice digitally via credit or debit card.
- Cash: We do accept cash payments for the remaining balance upon completion of the service.
Please note: To secure your booking and confirm your scheduled slot, a deposit must be paid via bank transfer in advance. This ensures your appointment is locked in and allows us to allocate the necessary staff and equipment to your job.
We appreciate that every home and individual is different. To ensure we can deliver our signature high standards of support and thoroughness without rushing, we have a 2-hour minimum booking for all standard domestic cleaning and companionship visits (unless agreed otherwise).
